We make absolutely no hesitation in recommending GRH Builders for inclusion in this scheme following the completion of the quite excellent work that GRH Builders have recently undertake for us.

 

GRH Builders (managed by Gary Hazeldine) have recently completed a substantial 2 storey side extension at our home. The extension comprises, kitchen extension, utility room, downstairs family room, new stair case, 2 new bedrooms, conversion of an existing bedroom to an en-suite shower room, reorientation of further bedroom walls, and associated external ground works.

 

Throughout the work, we were kept fully up-to-date with progress and Gary Hazeldine was always open discussions and accommodating to the various scheme changes that we made along the way.

 

Gary and his teams time keeping was excellent and Gary was always available on the telephone to discuss any queries that we had. We found the ease in which we could contact Gary a great comfort given the substantial changes that were being made to our family home.

 

We have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship that has been provided by GRH builders and all of the employed subcontractors. Furthermore, Garys ability to project manage subcontractors, building inspections, the necessary deliveries and waste collections etc was impeccable.

 

The work was completed on time and to budget for which we have been very greatful. Where necessary Gary and his team were prepared to work long hours, Saturdays and Sundays in order to ensure timely completion (especially following the inclement weather that was experienced this winter!).

 

Finally, I would like to mention that Gary and his team were respectful to our privacy whilst we were occupying the property during the ongoing works and always ensured that we had a working kitchen and facilities, even when this meant additional time and effort on their parts beyond the agreed contract of works.

 

As noted above, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending GRH Builders  I have already recommended GRH Builders to a work colleague who is considered an extension to their home.
