After years of seeing short cuts and bad practice carried out by so called builders

the decision was made to set up my own building company.

We have seen many changes in both building trends and practices,

we have seen 2 recessions and a building boom where we were flooded out with cheap labour yet still managed to fight our way through.

Estimates are pure stab in the dark guesses of the cost and i for one have never heard of a Guesstimate ever going down in cost.
