Nothing is more annoying as find out results of bad workmanship

The following is a result of a builder that put rubbish under the floor

when building an extension on a house which i later bought 

As a result of his actions it took  18 months to be apparent and then

nearly 2years to

be sure that the dry rot he caused was not in the cavity,

1st floor or roof space
